- The lifetime warranty applies solely to breakage or damage that occurs under normal wear conditions. Normal wear does not include events such as extreme physical activities, accidental hits, or improper storage.
- The warranty does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use or care of the product. Improper use includes but is not limited to exposing the jewelry to chemicals, using the jewelry in extreme physical activities, or failing to follow recommended care guidelines.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty claim. Without proof, the warranty shall not apply.
- Nobbier reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that appear to be fraudulent, or that demonstrate abusive or unreasonable behavior.
- Shipping fees for the replacement item under warranty will be covered by Nobbier, provided the claim meets all requirements and limitations.
- The lifetime warranty is limited to a maximum of two replacements for any single purchased item. Additional replacements will incur a fee.
- The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the item.
